Financing

Trying to figure out how you are going to finance your investment opportunity? Consider the following options:

Self-Directed IRA: You can use your retirement funds to invest in a wide range of alternative and traditional investments. To request an information packet about self-directed IRAs, click here.

Non-Recourse Financing: If you want to use your retirement funds to purchase an investment but don't have enough funds to buy it outright, it might be possible to acquire a non-recourse loan with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of up to 70% to help facilitate the purchase. With a non-recourse loan, creditors can only go after the collateral, not you personally. We would be happy to provide you with a referral to one of the non-recourse lenders we work with if you are interested. Contact us to request more information.

Developer Financing: You will see that many of the investment properties listed on this site come with special developer financing deals. This includes arrangements that the developers have entered into with hedge funds or other such organizations. Some developers are able to offer up to 90% LTV investor financing--even for stated borrowers--with very limited qualifications. To find out more, visit the individual pages for specific opportunities.

Traditional Financing: There is always the traditional approach, which would involve you talking to a bank or mortgage broker about financing options. If you want a referral for a quality bank or mortgage broker, including international ones, contact us.
